Tour Tudors in Hollywood Heights This Weekend!
April 25th, 2016 | by Michelle
The Hollywood Heights/Santa Monica neighborhood is opening its doors April 29-May 1 to celebrate charm and design that transcend time and welcome residents—all while raising money for great programs at local schools.
411 Newell Avenue
This year, the tour celebrates its 25th anniversary by showcasing five stunning examples of timeless Tudor style. The signature designs include sweeping rooflines, stone accents, leaded glass windows and more, all polished and reimagined for modern living.
Fans of the iconic millwork, arched doorways and gracious porches can also enjoy a candlelight tour of the neighborhood followed by dinner, dancing and an exciting auction at the Dallas Arboretum on April 29.
606 Clermont Street
And on Sunday, May 1, Art in the Park features “great goods for the greater good,” an outstanding display of 25-30 local and regional artists, handmade items, food trucks and fun activities for kids. Art in the Park runs from noon to 5 p.m. at Lindsley Park.
Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to be a sponsor of this exciting event.
