The past year has been a period of significant growth in Lakewood and East Dallas. The sales team has nearly doubled, with 22 expert agents. The new space, which is triple the original office size, can accommodate 40 agents and support staff.

The renovated office is in the Wells Fargo Building, 6301 Gaston Avenue Plaza, Suite 170.

At the root of the company’s success are agents with deep market knowledge of East Dallas as well as the loyalty and trust of generations of clients, said Robbie Briggs, President and CEO of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Our agents in East Dallas are residents of its neighborhoods, from Lakewood to Forest Hills, Swiss Avenue, the M Streets, Hollywood Heights, Casa Linda, Lake Highlands and beyond,” Briggs said. “They provide lifelong knowledge of the area, combined with cutting-edge market and global exposure through Sotheby’s.”

The real estate market across Dallas is skyrocketing, with the average price for a home in Lakewood growing to $527,000. Exceptional homes, especially with views of White Rock Lake, sell for more than $1 million. Homes listed here spend an average 38 days on the market.
