Christy Berry holds a Doctorate degree in Family Studies, which provides a level of education and experience that allows Christy to understand the emotional and financial challenges in buying and selling a family’s most important asset – their home.
A primary reason for the success Christy brings to her clients is her love of research which she learned while working as a research associate for the Cooper Institute. She mines data from a variety of sources, understanding the value of homes in individual neighborhoods, the strengths and weaknesses of a community, including schools, parks, recreation facilities, shopping venues and traffic patterns.
Christy has earned her credentials as an Accredited Buyer Representative and as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Designation and a GREEN Realtor.
