Luxury Real Estate Sales for July 2012, Part 2
Luxury real estate sales have been on the up, showing growing demand for high-end homes as the US financial market is stabilizing. The July issue of Sotheby’s International Realty‘s Significant Sales features their top sales from across the world, which are a testament to the thriving luxury market.

California, USA
Sophisticated and warm, this single-story, contemporary home is located in Palisades Riviera.
