Mayi de la Vega, founder and  CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading brokerage firm in South Florida, predicted  that her office will have sales of $1.5 billion in 2012. She credits the Sotheby’s brand for making the difference and taking her business to  the next level.

Among her recent significant sales are 3 Indian Creek Drive, sold for $47 million, and 14 Indian Creek Drive, sold for $39.4 million. She is currently listing a gorgeous Florida home at 12 Indian Creek Drive, pictured above.
