Neighborhood Spotlight: West Highland Park
Posted August 22nd, 2012 | by The Update

West Highland Park, located just west of the Dallas North Tollway, is home to everyone from new families to empty nesters, all nestled in a delightful park-like setting.
What You’ll Find:
Charming cottages, the majority of which were built in the 1930s and ’40s, abound with some new construction sprinkled in. The area was originally developed by the architects and builders, notably Wilson McClure, who were erecting larger homes in Highland Park. New construction today still manages to retain the original charm of the older homes
Why West Highland Park?
It’s a quiet area near some of Dallas’ best shopping, including Highland Park and Inwood Villages, while offering easy access to the Tollway, and comes with Highland Park police, fire, and other city services. (From D Magazine – click here to read the full article.)
