Dallas ranked #4 in Forbes’ most recent list of “America’s Coolest Cities,” bypassing Austin and even NYC itself!

The Dallas Morning News shared, “But, no, this isn’t much of a surprise: Forbes doesn’t define cool, like, cool, but by using a seven ‘data points,’ among them how many people are moving to that area, how culturally diverse it is, the median age and the kind of recreational options at our disposal. Says Forbes, all four Texas offerings on the list ‘boast strong economies, large young adult populations and relatively high levels of cultural diversity.’”
