Who Doesn’t Love a Mediterranean Home?
Posted June 21st, 2012 | by The Update
The trademark features of Mediterranean style are all the rage right now. Homes with that perfect combination of rustic-chic and Old World style that whisk you away to the Italian countryside as soon as you walk in the door are selling fast because, well, who wouldn’t want to come home to such a dreamy escape?
The Mediterranean charm of 3217 Princeton was one of its biggest selling factors, according to listing realtor Michelle Wood. “The house has unique features, such as a 300-year old terra cotta tile roof from Italy, re-claimed hardwood floors, a pizza oven, climate-controlled wine storage, and a unique floor plan,” she adds. “The home received interest from a variety of people because of the flexible floor plan and multiple living areas. The quality of the home is also very high, and discriminating buyers noticed it.”
