Movies Under the Moon Every Friday in June
Posted June 1st, 2012 | by The Update
It’s that time of year again. A growing summer tradition for the month of June is the “Movies Under the Moon” (presented by Old Navy) event that takes place every weekend in June. While the cool spring air turns to the hotter summer months, an evening event is exactly what Dallas needs to relax and enjoy the hot Texas summers. Grabbing a blanket and enjoying some popular Shops at Park Lane food from Gordon Biersch is the tradition, so don’t let it pass you by this year.
The event fits the overall feel and mood of the Shops at Park Lane, which is a place to go shopping with the entire family or go out for a quiet dinner on a date night with a special someone.
The selection, as it is every year, comes from a list of popular family-friendly movies shown on the lawn at the Shops at Park Lane:
June 1st: Secretariat
June 8th: Toy Story
June 15th: Remember the Titans
June 22nd: Happy Feet
Gordon Biersch will have food and drinks available for purchase. Wine, beer, and popcorn ($1 per bag).
Admission is free, though it’s a good idea to bring your own chair or blanket.
